After quite a bit of searching I have found this on the other side of the country.........

......I'm told its all there but with a ... "blown gearbox".....though the current young owner is telling me he has just purchased ..."a new gearbox"....that comes with the bike. Also includes......"a race fairing"....

Seems the novelty has worn off and now he wants to buy a 998.

Its going to be a couple of weeks before he can get me some engine and frame numbers but it looks like and '81-'82 with Marzocchi suspension and he tells me its got 37 000ks on the clock. We will see. Stand by for more information.
