Hi Steve
They are the original Pantah bolts still there. They are just to hold it in place whilst I source the Allen Head ones I need for this frame. Likewise the rear wheel is there but not spaced correctly yet as i haven't had a chance to remove the spacer.
Cheers
David

David & Mike, I sourced my SHCS M10 from Blackwoods. I could have got them from any bolt supply shop, but the rear long M10 x 230?? was a difficult unit to source. It aint a short bolt. I'll get the exact size if I find my receipts....which I don't want to find actually! Let us know how you go. I know the front ones are M10 x 30 SHCS 10.9 grade. I simply got the black finish. No stainless for heavy use. Cheers, Steve

Hi Guys Indeed it is sometimes the unexpected that can trip you up.. Please excuse my ignorance but what is SHCS? I have found the bolts I believe I need on EvilBay in 12.9 grade which is perhaps overkill but I guess they are somewhat important in the scheme of things.. ha ha.. They are M10 x 250mm with 1.5 thread and 2 of the lovely little critters cost about $75. The Drixton I used to own had Titanium engine mount bolts so i shudder to think what they must have cost the previous owner.. But I may try Blackwoods and see what I can find there.. Cheers David

Mike, that's the spirit! David, 2? You only need 1 for the rear....unless your redfox frame is slightly different to the verlicchi.... The front ones are 2 shorter bolts bolting to the cast lugs on the block. These incidentally are helicoils. 1 from each side. The rear one goes in from the rhs into a thread in the frame on the LHS. When you are ready to fly, put some Loctite on them. Blue will suffice. Will you be running an oil cooler? Cheers, Steve

Excellent, looking forward to seeing it in black and gold. I too like the 80 900ss, I actually owned one years ago, although in poor condition.
