Paul - You can counterbore the sprocket stud holes up to 2.5mm if you use 20mm OD shouldered nuts - and even trim the nut height a bit. I had to do this on the last Yellow Bike when I needed 3mm to clear the swing arm..

I had a day off work today so it was time to get #4 running and see if I could make the track this weekend.
The latest version of the cush works, one more out of the way!
Ignition timing set on the new unti form France, pretty simple, very bright and loud spark!
Time to put fuel in the tank, no leaks from the carbs, give em a tickle and .....it wants lots of fuel. We have ignition...... aghhhhhh, I see oil and lots of it!
The oil cooler has a really nasty leak, there goes the weekend!
Next job was to go and pick up the rest of the parts from the painter.
He did an incredible job..
Thanks Noah!!
Sorry picture is not great.
Now to find an oil cooler!

Your words fill me with joy, and say so publicly, you make me move, I swear that I was moved, and I closed my throat for the thrill of your words.
I have found friends, and clients for my work, very important.

Very important for my life, because you do not live only money, and it is these phrases, and these projects with passion, from the Passionists who do egregious things, but they are humble at the same time, like you Paul, you're a great craftsman but you always wanted to give me the last word, this is humility, and respect.

I could always stay silent, you knew what you were doing, and the result is quieted motorcycle Moretti.

Thank you. Charles.

I installed the new oil cooler and started it up, pilot jet is pretty close, 1 1/2 turns out on the air screw and 1 out of the throttle stop. pilot is 72 main is 168. I will get the bike to the dyno the next day off I have.
Got a chance to finally get #4 out of the shed and into the daylight well almost daylight!
A few small things left to do, I need to make a couple of rear mount from the tail to the frame and bend up a couple of new front mounts from the frame to the upper, not really happy with the way the mount.
It was really great to sit on it and finally get it out of the shed!!
Paul

Fine looking piece of machinery, Paul! Lot's of blood, sweat and tears - it shows.

Can't wait to see it in the flesh.
