I have two wheels like that. The cush rubbers consist of plastic rings and metal washers/bushes in large holes of the sprocket. Then the sprocket is simply bolted to the wheel. MikeV
Photos later.
Those look like Yamaha bolt patterns.

Sorry I did not move fast enough. Here is what they look like. One sprocket ready to go, and one needing the red plastic inserts. Also a photo of a similar set up used by Bimota with the Menani method, but also installed in the sprocket; Bimota always does things just slightly different. You could probably makes somthing similar once you find the rubber donuts with steel inserts. MikeV Attachment:

These are the early Dymag Cush pieces. Those rubber bushings later became red polyurethane. with those aluminum 'top hats'. The astralite's use the same sprocket as these early Dymags but with different size bushings. I'm working on one right now. I know Mike, pics! Lou

Yes, red polypro..... All cracked up on one of them. I am wondering if there are any O-rings that might suffice. Or, I have some white tough plastic-like rod material that I might be able to chuck up in my lathe and turn to the correct size. Can't remember what it is called. MikeV

Mike, we have used that red bushing material for a similar application but mush larger. If you put the material in the freezer it cuts much easier, It can be drilled and bored..... Carefully. Check McMaster carr Paul
