Post subject:  Fuel fillers from Europlast

I recently ordered an F1/Endurance fiberglass tank from this fine company in Italy. It fits well, and has the right profile. To go with it I got these neat fuel filler parts. The simple spin-on cap and the quick-filler/fuel break style both fit on the same ring, and can easily be switched. In addition, the size and pattern of the bolts is same as the common Newton cap so often used; thus, if you need this style you can make the conversion easily. MikeV http://www.europlastsucci.com/

The Newton cap is a 120mm flange w/ 8 bolt 4" bolt-circle correct? What size FH screws does it use?

5mm - .75mm fine threads if the tank has tapped threads attached. 5mm x whatever thread if it simply has holes in it. Both about 10mm long. You have to have hands like a heart surgeon to hold the nuts inside the tank opening if the tank is not threaded. MikeV

Nice clean Pantah, la tige. You even got in some French blue didn't you? MikeV
