Hello friends, I'm back! I could no longer connetermi with the forum, I had not realized that I had to re-enter the password, but my friend Lou Saif, told me what to do. How can the universe exist without Lou Saif? However I see with pleasure that the technical discussions EXTRACTORS universal, cultural and food products and wine, have gone ahead even without my presence! Very good, very good. Folks, thank goodness Carlo is back! Now, without further Wine, Prosciutto & Hammers.... I present to you the fruits of my labour.... Attachment: Drybuild1.jpg [ 167.91 KiB | Viewed 832 times ] I still have to sort out the rear wheel spacer issue (which I will be asking you shortly) to then setup the rear swing-arm droop of 12 deg. Then, I can measure the center to center distance for the rear shock. Doing this and the garden retaining wall is driving me to drink excessive amounts of beer as you can see.... Cheers, Steve |

 Carlo, I need help with this...Shown below is the spacer on a stock Pantah FPS wheel. This is used for the standard aluminium rear caliper support for the Pantah. Attachment: Spacer1.jpg [ 140.08 KiB | Viewed 832 times ] To use your TT2 rear brake caliper support, I think I need to cut this down to match the bearing face. Is this correct? The measurement is approx. 21.0mm. Is this about right? Shown is the setup on the TT2 drybuild... Attachment: Spacer2.jpg [ 139.66 KiB | Viewed 832 times ] Any advice? Your support comes with machined aluminium spacers already. They don't fit over the FPS wheel spacer. Cheers, Steve |

Steve, can you post a picture of the TT carrier? Is the TT swing arm the same ID width as the Pantah at the axle? You'll have to be sure the rear wheel is in line with the front, then measure for a spacer that suits the wheel bearing and the brake carrier and swing arm. Easy to do without tyres. If the carton was Cascade I'd fly down and help. Graeme PS, your bike look good, please keep the pictures comming. |

Hi Steve, Looks great! Forget the garden wall. I use a pair of those 7 foot 9 inch long fluorescent light tubes attached to each side of the rear rim - without tires/tyres. They are cheap, pretty darn straight, and available at most hardware stores. But trust me, they can break. Bill |
