 That's a nice bike there sig. Carlo!
None other than Mr. Sakamoto's machine. WOW! Nice!
Well, at least some of the dimensions are the same! That's a good start!
Can you show me a dimension from the front lower fork brace to the wheel axle please?
That way I'm not leaning too far rearwards like a chopper!
Mille grazie.
Kind regards,
Steve

Ciao Steve, you make me do with a small drawing or a photo of how I must take the measure?

I'm sorry but I do not see how I do.

Of course it's my fault.

I decide I have to study!

   ciao

 Fantastic Carlo!
Thanks so very much. Good work.

These dimensions are very close, so that is a good sign.
Now for phase 2.....

Ciao
Steve

 Could anybody take a couple of photos for me of their rear wheel (brake side) and the calliper bracket setup please? I need to know if I'm heading in the right direction!

Thanks,
Steve

P.S. If you aren't sure of my request, I can post some photos of what I require.

Folks,
the frame is off to the welder to get some missing tabs welded on. When it returns, the wheel alignment & frame measurement method will begin.
Let's face it, I have enough builders string line around here to wrap half round the world!

Cheers,
Steve

Ciao Steve, I'm still here for you, you just have to have patience and show me with a small drawing, your problem.

You make the questions, I answer.

; )Grazie mille Carlo!
I will provide with a drawing/sketch soon.

However, I'm now finding that my frame has small issues with the location of the tabs that attach components. I have to relocate the rear M/C unit higher than where it currently is to allow a clear run of the link arm that is fitted between the brake lever (one of Carlo's beautiful machined parts) and the master cylinder lever. Just as I gather momentum for a clear run....I have to take 2 steps backwards. Arrrggghhh.
It's all part of the build process. Guess that's why doing a dry build is wise.

Keeping you posted....

Cheers,
Steve
