Yes, MILLIONS looking for some vintage-size choices. Even for some 16-inch versions! Those PVMs are interesting too. Neat stuff in these postings. MikeV |

Hi all would like to ask for you help in designing my bike. I would need someone realy good in photoshop to help me. my bike will get the same design as this one. only the seat will be cut back to look lighter ( like on my SR 500 racer) Everything painted red will be white ( vinyl ) and everything blue will be not painted at all and show a dull carbon fiber finish ( or completly the other way around) Frame will be either dull white, dull black or just bare steel scotched and wd40´d. Fork will be black. Has anyone of you a high res side view pic ( or 3/4 pic) which could serve as a base for a photoshop mod. And most important who can handle the photoshop part ? Thanks TOM

Thanks Jan, I was curious how they would work on the TT. I had only seen them used on 'big' bikes. Lou |

Hi Jan, I was wondering if you talked the problem over with a Conti rep? Bill |

Hi all a little update on the bike Jan i already have the Contis . Did you use the Competition compound or there Standard compound ( comp is only available as of autumn last year). I´ve also been told that they need temperatur to work, so tire warmers are highly recommandet. Did you use some? What tire pressure did you run ? Did you measure the tire temp ? What are the alternative tires you propose? Progress so fare: Front fork fitted in, Carbs mounted. Converted the vertical cylinder one to left hand actuation, because the right hand original did not clear the frame. Also will mount a standard floatboal on that carb and use a line from the others carb acceleration pump to squirt into the vertical carb also. Received my carbonfiber bodywork yesterday and mounted it today ( tank is only a mock up). The ramair channel serves as holder for the fairing. It will be blended in from the inside and covered qith a wire mash from the front so it looks original. Also the white template shows where i´m giong to glue in a NACA duct to feed cooling air to the rear cylinder. here are some pics. TOM
