I am new to this Vim stuff but what it does is clean stains out of aluminum bits and stains on anodized stuff as well. I have not used it on calipers yet but on the NCR clutch housing it quickly removed oil and clutch disc dirt stains. Steve Munro says he uses an electric toothbrush and Vim. I just used a regular toothbrush and have to say I am sold on this stuff. It works. Lou

Bill, Are you going to put carbs on the 851? I saw it like that in Renos basement/shop years ago. Seems he couldn't get chips from Ferracci to tune it from what I've heard.
