CAMPAGNOLO 3.00- 18 WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE!

Hello Friends, I am looking for a Campagnolo rear rim 3.00-18 inches.

I know it is a very coveted and sought after by collectors, I would like for my Moretti replication, since at this moment I have a rim ALAZZURRA by 3.00 inches, I believe that if we do, the championship of the world heavy rims, rims ALAZZURRA not beat anyone!

To disassemble the swingarm, it takes the crane truck! :lol:

Hello, thank you for your contact, I knew this manufacturer, in Italy the Marvic redid the exact copies of the rims, but the price is far too high for my pocket! :lol:

I guess if a rim of magnesium, has been kept up well, and also safe for racing, of course making all the necessary controls.

I saw the rim on EBAY , we must be careful that the model of the rim , is compatible with DUCATI model . The Japanese bikes have an off set of alignment shifted more towards the outside . The risk is that the crown gear of the transmission chain , does not align , with the pinion of the motor. This thing is for information only , I once compratoun CAMPAGNOLO rim , and luckily the seller gave me back the money back , since the rim was suzuky , and did not fit to be placed on a tt2 . the alignment of the sprocket chain , could not be mounted because there was not the right spot . I think I have found the missing piece for me would be a joy, that all the friends who are engaged, and labored in the research, were all at my house for a dinner of lasagna , spaghetti , Florentine steak , cheese pecorino aged in caves , wine chianti black cock , holy wine and Tuscan almond biscuits ........ I forgot ... the coffee and grappa !

I've got a rim here, looks like Campagnolo, feels like a Campagnolo but, as far as I can find it is a japanese copy.
It has just got a little stamp JW in it, which (i found out)means it is roadlegal in Japan (just check out your nipponwheels).
The Campagnolo sticker, anyone could've fitted that.
The rim is a 18" and has 75mm in between to fit the tire.
Since my 2.15 has 55 mm, and the 2.50 has 65 mm, I reckon this is a 3.00.
Weight about 3.2 kg (but that was on a kitchen scale 0-3 kg so it could be a little bit more).
One side is for fitting a disc, the other side is special so one has to make the transmission damper housing yourself to get the necessary offset.
I searched the www and located a japanes seller that was into 70's Superbike Replica's, style Wide-Eye-Cooley Suzuki, Eddy L Replica and Vetter Kwackers.
They had made a batch of Campagnolo replica wheels to get the authentic look with the italian hardware.
Price was in yen, just as the site, so I really couldn't make out any real info.
A year later, the site was gone, never found anything about it again.
I could bring it over next trip to Italy so You can measure it up ?
