Thank you Pat. You know what a feast I will have at my mothers table. A very nice Holiday just to eat (like every day in Italy?)

in Italy we do breakfast with cappuccino and croissant, then lunch at 12.30, spaghetti, salad vegetables steak with vegetable fried batter of flour and beer, wine, fruit cake and coffee ... and ammazzacaffè .. (Grappa).

At 17.30, we do snack, with Tuscan ham, chianti, buns made in a wood oven, bacon, salami cantuccini and vin santo.

At 20, we go to dinner, soup with bread, made with vegetables and bread, wine, rabbit or chicken, or pork loin, peas, baked potatoes with rosemary and sage, with olive oil, fresh fruit and espresso ..... ammazzacaffè '.

This normal days ....... then there are also the holiday ... then the situation is much more serious ....

I love the American people !!
