Yes, George, these are for the external lines directly from a cooler. Usually the race engines had the stock oil supply lines through the cases/cylinders/heads blocked off. NCR heads have them blocked. And Steve says the flow is also restricted, because the valve train gets too much oil in stock form. For me that explains why the locating dowels for oil supply have much smaller holes in recent years. Lou and Steve will know more about this than me, and others will chime in I am sure. MikeV
