Probably the last race 195mm upper triple clamp in the known universe and they ran the pinch bolt threads a few degrees off-center.

Steve, this is common on bored out triples to 41.7mm. These are the same triples that started life as 35mm! On my old TT1 that came with M1R's NCR just machined down the threads that 'intrude' the bore. I've seen it consistently. Keep having 'fun' and sharing it with your buddies! Lou
