We are organizing a memorial gathering for our good friend Bill on June 9-10th in conjunction with the vintage bike races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Expect to set up late morning on the 9th and end 1 pm on the 10th. The group will display some race bikes along with Bills machine. If you knew Bill please come and share in celebrating his life in Motorcycles. Please bring interesting bikes (especially race ) to display. We will have some garage space to accommodate. -Cranky-

It is not possible!!! Was he sick? I did not know!!! He made me ride his bike !! He was honored to pick me up on his creature !! At this moment we are poorer, he was a friend and a very good person. It will leave a very large void.
This picture came to me in Italy, and it was a nice surprise ... he brought me coffee ... and pizza ... I cry. Hello, my friend.

Thanks to Cranky Roller, ducttf1 and USCRA for organizing this vintage race and memorial event for Bill Swenson. We will miss him and his posts but it was great to see his TT2 in action on the track and to meet his daughter and grandson.
To see the vintage bikes of Bill's own along with the near perfect ones from Lou Saif, Mike Weber, Bruce Meyers, Robbie Nigl, Chris Jenson, Mike Dube and others made it a very special weekend.
Here are pictures of Bill and Robbie having a happy moment then one of Bill's finest bikes ridden to the race winners circle. TT/F1 Racers Robbie Nigl and Mike Dube put on a great fight on the track and represented Bill and us in the finest manner. Chris Jenson went down hard crashing in practice, got banged up but came back to laugh it off like Bill would have done. Well done to all three!
We will never forget Bill Swenson because he lives in our hearts and in the wonderful TT-F1 Ducati motorcycles he built for the rest of us to enjoy forever.
