Cranky's bike was the star of this mini Symposium. It was beautiful to look at, I mean crazy beautiful, but the sound of that thing was amazing! He will be racing this one next season I think. Cranky, picks? Lou

I have an ongoing wager with Pantahgod that I could get the bikes weight down under 300 lbs. (136 kg) with a starter and charging system. That devious Bill got me to weigh it with 2 gallons of gas on the official race scale at 313 so I think with some careful manipulation I can win this wager? Just found out the normal track photographer was not at this event, so I guess there will be no on track action shots. Bill

CrankyRoller wrote: All right. Here are some pics of the bike. It is not the same bike I brought last year but a new build over last winter/spring. I did steal some parts from that other bike. This one has the wider and longer F1 swing arm and I didn’t worry so much about being original. The motor is a 780 with welded and ported heads and just 900 carb cams. Meant to be a track/race bike so it won’t stay this clean forever. -Cranky- please, what is this top triple clamp? a billet one?
