Many of our friends are at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama this weekend. Unfortunately I had to miss it this year but spoke to some of the guys. How's this for Carlos pit crew Reno Leoni and Pat Slinn! As well as a host of other good guys from the Forum. I heard they had a bunch of the Brittens running today, Andrew Stroud on one of them. Wishing our buddies a safe and fun outing and a reminder to post some pictures for us. Lou |

What a great weekend!!! I finally got to meet the great people of the forum and the Ducati legends. To see a Britten race was the last thing I thought could ever happen. Cranky, thanks again for the parking help! Special memories, thanks to all! Paul |

Pictures on the trip to Barber (over 1600 Kilometers away). The first car Chris and Mikey chose would not pull the big trailer! The event and the trailer are so big that it takes a day to get to the paddock. You must sneak by the monster ants that live here or they will eat you! We managed to get to the museum after running from these big bugs.

I tried to express myself better, and luckily my friend Orestes, (owner of the beautiful Ducati 900 SS) has translated a lot of things for me, but still not enough, the friendship and the generosity of all members of this family, once again he left me moved. I can not deny that at the time you leave and say goodbye, I cried like a little boy, maybe I will be silly and stupid, but the hospitality and authenticity of these people leave me speechless. These memories will be printed in my heart. I saw when the American national anthem, people stop and put his hand on the heart, a big country it is done only with great people. Thank you all, friends. Carlo. ps. The first photo is the only one I have.

Carlo and Orestes getting the 900 bevel ready. Bob Robbins preparing his Britten for rider Steve Griggs. Bob is a nice down to earth long time racer from the north east who was the lightning rod that made this Britten reuion happen.
