Is anybody familiar with this bike?

The write up claims that Bruce Meyers built the engine in 2014 but I heard he had long retired before then. There are few non-period bits but that does not take away from the bike overall.

I think that was last owned by Bill Swenson (RIP). Known as Pantahgood on this site. And ridden by Robbie Nigel for a while. I recognize a lot of small features, like the well-engineered and very sturdy front fairing/instrument bracket. MikeV
