For those of you racing at the event, we're trying to gather most of the TTs and F1s around Mark Sutton (DucShop)'s pit - near the concession stand across from the gas pumps on the second tier. (nice incline, good PA sound and access to plenty of power). I'll be there early enough to rope off space for anyone who wishes (pretty good list so far), so please let me know if you're planning to join us up there. Mark and I are sponsoring a Saturday evening 'Bench Racing session' in the upper level paddock (by the DucShop & loudbike pits) with some of the Ducati Legends that will be attendance at Ducstock. I'll be bringing down Cook Neilson, Phil Schilling, Paul Smart, Paul Ritter, Reno Leoni and hopefully Roy Thersby and Pat Slinn at around 5:30. If you're set up in another area, please bring your bike up so we can get a couple of shots with the machines. For those of you (like me and that guy from Connecticut) who aren't racing but wish you were - the gathering is open to all Ducstock attendees (and anyone else who can correctly pronounce Cook Neilson's surname). There's a rumor that beer and wine will be served.. Again, if you want some paddock space held for you, please let me know.. |
