Extension pieces are made and ready to weld, just waiting for the cradle stock. Lou

Cradle pieces for the stand. They are a copy of what was on my other stand. I know it's minor, just trying to post stuff and keep this Forum moving. Lou

I don't think it's minor. I feel it's proper for a classic race bike to be sitting on its period correct stand. Details, details, details. Flattop

Thanks guys. I just installed, and bled the earlier calipers that I restored. To me, they look more correct than the 'Billet' calipers that were on the bike. I'm sure they were not original. Lou

Hi Lou.... Those calipers are a hard act to follow. Even compared to all of the billet offerings. Flattop

Those proudly say "1980s Ducati TT"; the best. The GP billet versions say "1990s Ducati 851/888 WSBK"; very nice, but not right.

Thanks Mike and Flattop. I agree on it being more 'period' correct. Found some oil in the fairing. Leak from the tach drive and the horizontal valve cover. Replaced the o-ring and seal on the tach drive and the gasket on the valve cover. No more oil so far. Cleaned up the engine a bit and she looks good. Ready for the fairing. Also, I am looking for a gold colored aluminum screw/bolt as shown in the picture. Name your price if you have a couple of new ones lying around! Thanks. Lou

Would some gold-anodized, button-head (Allen wrench), 16-mm diameter, 6mmx1.0 bolts do? In a pinch? MikeV
