How about a few details about your bike, what is the age/era for that frame?? etc.

This frame was manufactured by Harris in the late 80s for fi 750 . I first acquired it in the early 90s it had been built up as a 600 road bike and had been involved in a road accident and had serious damage to the front of the frame. I got the Harris bros to build a new frame for me and send it to Australia. By the late 90s I had built it into a race bike first with a 600 cc motor and then with a 906 passo motor which required a few small modifications.
I raced it for the next decade mainly at lakeside race track as I was busy building my business as a European motorcycle mechanic on the Sunshine Coast Queensland.the abilities of the bike have always been held back by my riding, by then I was in my 40s and as sole mechanic at my shop I always had to ensure I was fit for work on Monday.

When i retired in 2005 I had time to do a few more modifications such as fitting a mildly tuned 900 fuel injected motor and a 1098 Showa front end and a custom built rear shock.in recent years I have used it as a track day bike, but as I am 65 now and carrying a few injuries from 50 years of riding ( over 1.5 million km) I have decided to pas it on to a new home to hopefully get used a little more, to this end I am happy to crate and ship it anywhere in the world something I have a lot of experience of doing

This bike will be sold with a complete kayaba front end and the original 906 paso motor with a 900 monster top end both modified to fit the bike

Thanx for the details and the background story, you have owned that bike a long time. Good luck with the sale, hopefully someone on the list will be interested. If you get rid of the bike.....what are you going to do?? Buy a 2 wheeler thats more user friendly, no clip ons .....skip it and travel in a motorhome..... I tried one of those Can Am Spyders for a year, it was fun, but not as fun as a bike.

i have 5 other motorcycles with much more upright riding positions so wont be short of something to ride

i have clocked up over 1.2 million km on various bikes through 52 countries in the last 50 years, and am hoping to not have to resort to 4 wheels for a while yet
