Yes he was, and from this article it sounds like Adamo was there to let Frank take a test ride.

Great old film a very special era. There’s no substitute for HP. I remember the first time I saw a 851/888 I think it was lakeside QLD. I stood in awe looking at it thinking wow it’s the same bike lucchinelli rides. I ended up owning one but it wouldn’t go around corners but that’s another story...Boucher. |
