Gary, you are killing me with your pictures of Willow (and Fred). Did any bike ever sound better than either of those down that front straight? What a great place that is, and I've never even been out on the track! It's my ultimate dream ride, especially The Sweeper/Turn 9. Keep them coming please. Bill |

There were up to five F1's sometimes with Triumph and some Norton so I'm sure it sounded pretty cool, I was always on the bike so I never heard it from the pit. I enjoyed the Singles though, they sounded like a wave of WW 2 Airplanes heading up the top of the hill. I have a video of Mick Olfield's F1 from Willow from the early 1990's but uploading a VHS to digital is out of my league. |
