On my old bevel, most difference was made setting the timing correct on both cams, even when I had to assemble/disassemble top and bottom bevels a few times (since there are different number of teeth on those bevels, I could correct the timing upto 2 degrees) .
A few degrees early or late and there was a huge difference between high-revving and bottom-grunt.
Sorry, no figures, just seat-of-the-pants feeling and not being able to turn the same times, one week apart with the same weather but rebuild engine. Later I discovered my timing was 5 degrees of (my) original settings.
For the belts, the (now readily available) offset keys are much easier to use. Measure and fit :-).

have fun :-)

Not sure where you are located but this could be a good source.

I used a 650 Ally rear head on my 750 and the cam timing on that rear head was out more than 6 degrees when the 900ie cams were checked. The front 750 head was good.

Graeme.

PS,,, I had to buy a pair of second hand 900 cams to get my second front cam so I have a good 900ie rear cam if anyone need one?

Hi guys!
Thanks for all the input! I will contact ducpower and hopefully he have some. I live in Sweden but I think I bought the 750 kit from him and he didn't have any problem shipping the stuff. I do have one question probably quite stupid but how do you adjust the cams when the pulleys sits on keys (not sure if it's called keys)??

Regards Claes

You can get off set keys in various degrees of off set.
Or adjustable vernier pulleys to adjust the timing

Hi everyone!
Ok now I understand. Carlo if I understand you correctly you have sold all your adjustable
Pulleys? They look very good.

Hello Claes, you said it well, I have finished this product, I should redo this kit pulleys, but I do not have the financial budget at this time.

What do you hear on the news, with regard to Italy?

At this time there are demonstrations all over the country, people do not make more, and I'm one of those.

I hope that does not happen something very serious, but the patience level has been exceeded, in this country.

This month I had 4 waivers for purchases in Europe, because of the taxes to 22%, I hope to resist but I'm clutching my teeth a lot.

I do not know if I have to do my job.

However, now I'm going to take a Coffee! ITALIAN!

Ciao Amici, Da Carlo Leoncini.

Hi Carlo,
That's the first I have heard about Italy. Maybe sounds like it could be similar to the "99%" demonstrations that have been going on here occasionally. Meaning, the top 1% have all the Ducati spending money.
