The wheels are magnesium sand gravity cast, just as the original.

Marvic's are also available thru Yoyodyne in the US. The Campagnolo style is not mentioned on his web site, but a picture of one was in the short catalog that came with a recent order. From what I can figure out, mounting hole patterns are Yamaha biased.
