Looking for a pretty much complete sprocket carrier and even the 5 rubber bungs with sleeves goes into the wheel-hub. This Marchesini is a TZ250 spare so I suspect both RS250 and TZ250 from 1990-91 original bits are the same kit but just guessing wildly although hopefully, here.

Hi Fran, have you checked with your local Yamaha shop's parts department? You might be surprised what's still available from Japan. Here's a link to a 1991 TZ-250 parts manual, go to page 48 and 49, item 9, "damper" part number 3YL-25364-00, (5) required. They look to be available at Rising Sun Cycles (second link). The 1990 TZ-250 rear wheel didn't have a cush, the sprocket bolted right up to the wheel.

I'm looking at the ebay ad thinking although I don't know for certain my Marchesini is TZ250 pattern to begin with I think the rubber bungs at least should match diameter and suddenly I notice the "Seller does not post to Canada"

Right Fran. The second seller won't send to USA either. And I have tried to convince them to do that. Claims their insurance carrier is afraid of lawsuits. F' em!

This probably comes up a bit as it does for me, and to get around this I use freight forwarding services. I have one in USA and one in the UK that will receive packages from anywhere and on-send them to me in NZ. In my case these are run by NZ post, but they will exist in Canada for sure. They consolidate and dispatch weekly, so the extra price is not too horrible.

Thank you for this, I like the evidence of reasonable shipping alternatives though they do seem to differ wildly depending on any number of details. For example, where I live in Canada is considered a remote location by FedEx so extra charges apply.
