About $1250, US, more or less. An identical set has been on/off ebay for that over the past two years, with no takers. BTW, the ones with gold rings are slightly earlier versions, not F1B, montjuich, etc. I know because I have a set, planned for the TT2 build.

There is one in Japan in better condition and much better price, no triple clamp.

I was once quoted a price of $1300 US for a brand new set of forks, no clamps.

At 80,000 Jap. Yen, it puts those forks at $720 US dollars. Decent looking fork, so I'm going to say not a bad price.
