Interesting. Weird way to do that —- with a worm gear. I guess the buyer will find out how well it works — if it works. MikeV

Okay, I couldn't help myself, and he took my offer! I figured it would go well with the weird Sonny Angel frame I have! Yes, I will let you know if it even works. Lou

Had a feeling the actuator was a transplant from something else. SV650.

Good spot flattop

It might even look good on the Alcoa Lou; it is aluminum. And those NCR clutches are so common. The possibilities are limitless.

Lou,
Fading memory tells me Sonny Angel was a Ducati dealer and involved with the bevel drive bikes but I didn't realize he was involved in belt drive bikes in any significant way. Would you post a picture of the frame you have, please.

Thanks,
Mark

That is an interesting one....I wonder who knows what Sonny actually did on F1's. I have seen the frame, and I remember long ago I saw a picture of them building a first series F1 in to a bi-posto/twin seater of all things. I think he might have had a couple of younger guyz in the shop that may have played with them.

Hi Clay, from pictures of his shop, I saw more TT2 stuff going on, but I also remember that F1 seat. Try this link Mark.
