Brake rotors look very used for a bike that has 3 miles on it. Was the fairing drilled for directionals even though they didnt come with any?

I can remember seeing dealers ride a new bike after disconnecting the speedo cable. Don't want new bikes on the floor with more than 10 miles on them in case the banker stops by. Bikes on a floor plan can't have too many miles on them.

And both F1 bikes I built at a dealership had holes for turnsignals, but no turnsignals came in the crate for American bikes. Just little black plugs to stick in the holes.
