Speaking of resurrecting the dead, what ever became of this project? Any updates?

Good day gentleman, I have been luring as a guest off and on since the forum started, always wanted an F1 but always seemed to be 5 minutes too late.
I think I have found one, bike has been a race bike since new, I was told it was the amf twins champ in 1991.
Was anyone here around those racetracks in that time period?
Thanks Paul
Here is a photo of the beast, last run in 1991

I can attest that Bill did a great job. Bike is fast and works well. Finished its frist race with Robbie Nigl at the front of the expert field. Maybe Bill is hesitant to post pics as the paintwork didnt get done?

Robbie will make Walter all pretty over the winter. I'm sorry I didn't keep a running thread on this rebuild like I'd planned on doing. Couldn't squeeze that part of it in. I did take progress pictures along the way, and I'll start putting a bunch up asap. Mr Cranky was/is a valued adviser on this project, especially helpful dialing it in on the dyno and getting the chatter under control. Thanks Mike.

File comment: Bruce didn't install the aux plugs. Had to remove the belt pulleys to get them in. They better carry their weight.

you make me mad! I had a moment of heel!

It usually starts from the frame of the bike and the wheels ..... for a moment I thought that you were dismantled again!
