Hi there peter, what did you do to fit the front wheel as they are normally a 25mm axle for those wheels?thanks Greg

On the RHS I used a stepped spacer that then located the wheel in the centre of the forks and also pressed inside the bearing to reduce the bearing ID from the 25 to 17mm diameter of the axle. The LHS I did the same but I needed to allow for the speedo drive which was from the SM and again 17mm ID. I then machined a spacer 17mm ID to go between the speedo drive and the LHS fork leg. The dimensions of which would allow the centre of the wheel to be in the centre of the forks. In summary - I machined 2 stepped spacers and 1 normal spacer from alloy the dimensions calculated to set the new wheel in the centre of the forks. A straight forward process.
I used the SM speedo drive as the new style ones will not fit width wise. The speedo is out a little reading approx 92kph at an actual 100kph. I have not had a chance to sort this out yet as we have been using the bike. I will look into other ratios when time permits and let you know the outcomes. Hope this helps
