I bought my F1 some time ago in the knowedge that it had been sitting for some time and was not running. After a bit of a poke around the other day I suspect that the engine is locked up from sitting idle. The bike only has 12,000 km on it. All the electrics work which is a start but I anticipate the engine will have to come out for a rebuild.
So my question is am I safe to assume that the F1 is just a big bore Pantah engine or are they more complex than that. I will need to track down someone reputable in Brisbane Australia to do the rebuild so if there are any recomendations greatly appreciated.

Hi Pkay,
A 750F1 engine is quite easy to work on it as long as you have the special tools that will ease the dismantling and rebuilding operation.
Unfortunately, I live too far away from you to give you a hand.
