hi i am building a tt2 f1 frame and would love to know if any one has specs on the tubing sizes and wall thickness and what others on here have used for bending the tubing

OK. I kinda waited for Ian Falloon to chime in, but he is away, so: It is commonly stated that the big tubes are 25mm diameter, and I measured that as so; the smaller tubes near the footpegs are 16mm; and, the thickness seems to be about 1.80mm. The headstock is 60mm, and seems to be "waisted" in the middle, and turned at the ends for the 52mm bearing races. There are 28mm frames (DM, in Italy, for one), and I suspect the tubes are thinner, but cannot confirm that. As far as tube bending, you are on your own. I hope this helps. MikeV
