Thanks to Carlo for this lead. A replacement for the rear shock rubber boot (P/N 067572350) is an Alfa Romeo P/N 1050651151, which seem pretty easy to find. |

Can anyone help me out with a photo or two showing the correct routing of the throttle cables & another showing the rear brake lever return spring & how it is fitted to the frame? Clinton |

Rear Brake Spring , not sure if my throttle cables are right as the rear one is far too long. |

After countless hours of searching, I finally located the correct 9 pin connector for the LH switch gear. This is a Hitachi HP9N non-latching connector & is available from here: http://www.vintageconnections.com/ |

Mine was run over the top of the rear head ex factory. Replaced it with clear green Cavis line & you can see a long section of air as its higher than the tap.... Somehow doesn't seem to affect running as there's always a 'head' of gas in the section of line up from the carb, but was planning to re-route it down the RHS & round the back of the rear cylinder as you see on many bikes. |

Does anyone know if the original rear sprocket was anodised gold on the '86 F1, or was it a hit & miss affair like so many other bits? This is the about the last item I have been trying to locate for my resto. If anyone has a photo from one of their bikes that is known to be original it would be appreciated (a NOS sprocket even more so). Clinton |
