HI Guys,
I have seen some reasonably price 42mm M1R Forks on eBay and was owndering if they were a better option than the Forcelli 40mm standard forks on the F1.
The M1R is coming off a Paso 907 and also havs 40mm brake connecters so can run a 4 pot set up, are they a worthwhile change?

I believe M1R's can be set up to work equally as good. Keep in mind there were several versions used at the time, with differences in sliders, triple clamps, and caliper mounting. Probably different tube lengths too. I know Franks' does not make replacement tubes because of the uncommon tube o.d. If I was going to put a set on a TT, my first choice would be an 851 set/triple clamps, but they may be hardest to find. Bill
