Hi, Did any certain models or years of pantah or F1 come stock with hollow rear axles?
Thanx, Clay

I sorta think that only the Verlicchi aftermarket swingarm came with the hollow axle, but now i will be corrected. Maybe the three special F1s (M, LS, SM) had them as stock. But, then, they all had Verlicchi aluminum swingarms! MikeV

I believe Mike is correct. You can get a light weight (as they call it) axle at ORSP that fits the steel swingarm on the TT2 that is drilled. Not a great picture but you get it. Lou

Thanx Mike and Lou........for the info.
I was wondering on that, my old F1 had the Verlicchi aluminum arm on it, but no hollow axle and then I have a stock pantah twin shock arm that has a hollow axle.

Tubular, if you will. One day some guy walked out to his 750 Sport, or 750-900 SS, or 851-888, and his axle was gone! It magically appeared on Cal’s Pantazurra. All 13-13.5 inches long. MikeV

MikeV ha.ha.......ha....I was wondering about the length. I figured the 2 shock steel arm was narrower.....but I think the axle is around 13 inch. I was guessing the aluminum swingarm and the other bikes you mentioned would all be wider/longer axles. But a half inch isn't much. Clay

A while (years) back, i was fortunate to ask Gary Patton to make (he was selling them then, on ebay) some slightly-longer hollow axles for some swingarms i had. 13 3/4” or so i needed. One is now on the TT900SS cromoly swingarm, and one is on the aluminum F1/TT1 swingarm. TG i did, MikeV
Wish i had bought another of his CNC’d TC tops 205mm for M1r forks. My only one is on the F1/TT1. A very nice part it is.
