Hi Flattop
The use of the original plate came frome the experience with my 513 racing engine with kokusan ignition.
On the 513 install the kokusan was easy, now I have an issue to melt the kokusan with the stock Pantah electrical system. I don't know how to take the positive from the on/off-start control.

The Tt project is still, me and the team we are wery busy and there is no time to dedicate to the Tt engine.
Tt inginition wil be external ignition but we are going to use Fiat Panda ignition system.

In taking a break from the kokusan I start to install the front forks with the adaptor Carlo made for the 280 brembo brakes.

Well, there is only one way in to the ignition needed for the coil on that short Kokusan wiring harness. Can you not find the one way out of the switch that stays hot for that? And the other for the starter? That’s all there is. What about following that on your other bike. Can you find some wiring diagrams to follow? And do you have a multimeter for testing? You can figure this out. MikeV

Hi MikeV
That's the point.
In the kokusan theblositive came directly from on/off e start button. In the Pantah the positive caming from the above button run into the General rele'. (Generql switch).
And here I don't know were to take the positive.
I get of course the drawing of both system.

Tha above is the starter control unit.
The on that made noise in turning the key on.
I check all the electrical system looking for lack of grounded stuff.
But look ok.
But I'm scared to damaged the system in plug it on.

Can you use a multimeter to find the two connections needed? One for the solenoid and one for the ignition? Is there a sidestand switch that prevents igntion? MikeV

Well, i have seen it, and may have a wiring harness with that in a paper bag in a box. Looking at a late Alazzurra shop manual it is apparent that the wiring harness is more complicated than an F1, with several relays used. More “modern” if you will.

I have no help to offer from this distance. But i am sure it can be figured out. Just need to find the power source/outlet to the small Kokusan wiring harness for the coils and igniters. The source should be same as went to the Bosch harness. And then use matching connectors.

Having said that, wiring harnesses baffle me at times. Good luck.

Thank you all to reply and for te encouragement.
MikeV, sure there is a side stand check.
Yes I have to understand wich solenoid is dedicated to the starter and wich for the service.
But thinking twice I have to test if the positive of the kokusan is powered or not. Thank you.

Mine is a Alazzurra wiring Alness installed on a Pantha . The two areas are different. And for sure the Alazzurra on look more moder or complicated. Early monster Alness are simplest.

Thank yuo again

It is on the Alazzurra Arness but not in the Pantha one.

To be onest I would like to remove it or bypass it.
