Final round of the championship yesterday. Got a 2nd place and two 3rds from three races. Wasn't good enough to take the championship so finished runner up. On reflection, 14 podiums from 15 races, no crashes, no breakdowns is something to celebrate and I did my fastest lap ever at the circuit in the second race yesterday so a great season. Time to take some time off and tidy up the bike for next season.

thanks everyone for the kind words, there's some great photography at the circuits these days. Here's one of my favourites of the Pantah on the limit as I try to ride around the outside of the photographer's husband!

Nice shot . 583 also has some nice photos. What type of bike is #10 and what bikes give you the most competition?

No.10 is a Suzuki gsx1100 pre '89 open class bike. So a different class to the Pantah which is a pre '82 <600cc. In the club championship all the Post Classic bikes compete in the same race but the results are sorted by class. My main competition is the TZ and LC yamahas and other Ducatis mostly the TT2s. I posted a results sheet in an earlier section of this thrread that will give some idea of the range of bikes I race with
