Hmm, they looked 17-ish to me... must be getting old, or just need new glasses! Maybe the rear wheel tricked me, there are not that many 3-spoke cast wheels 18-inch around. Nevertheless, if anyone knwos about a bolted front wheel lying around, Marvic or otherwise does not really matter, in 3.5x17 let me know! A 3.5x16 can also be of interest. /Björn |

Thanks Carlo! Those looks great, but what I am after is a bolted wheel, like the fornt wheel of the Moretti. The ideal would be a 900 Superlight first editon front wheel. I have a rear 5,5x17 that is composed by a center from a dented Montjuich wheel and a Akront rim coming from Saxon in England. Can post a picture if you want. /Björn |

Bjorn, do You mean that the interior of a Montjuich wheel is identical (or at least usable) for 17" rims ? That would mean that the ridge in the center of the 17 would be half an inch higher then the 16 Montjuich rim. I thought that the Superlight wheels had the magnesium interior part AND were different to the 16" Montjuich. Sure would like to change those 16" rims for some 17" and fit more comfortable (read faster) tires. ciao ducadini |

And let Us not forget to congratulate Carlo with his 5th in the 1000 open last weekend. Going with an v-twin against BMs, Yams and Suzkis is brave. As Pink F. nearly said : wish I was there. ciao ducadini |
