Hey Guyz......
My covid project street bomber for now.....the whole bike costs less than you hard core guyz spend for the wheels. I have never rode one of these before....its amazingly nice. Fairly narrow and light, seems to handle nicely, nice mid range....and pantah noise to go along with it. Vintage Ducati taste on a beer budget, really more bang for the buck than I was expecting. I need to run it a little more and do some fine tuning and then put some tires on it if all is good.

On the other hand.....I could use it to build something :D

Clay

I love it Cal! Really clean with tasty mods! Great job. Don't use it as a donor. Lou

Not easy to change the look of an Allazzura, but you've done a nice job. I've always touted them as a nice street ride with the qualities of a Pantah. You should take it to Laguna Seca and see if you can scrape something in the Cork Screw.

Nice one Clay. After two years on a 350 Alazzurra, found a 650.
At first wanted to use it as a donorbike but it was more fun to ride it, specially in town with the hydraulic clutch.
Just like Yours, with a 2-1, discrete enough not to wake up the forces, loud enough to be the callingcard of a Ducati.
I just dropped the forks, and fitted clipons on top. Gave me that bit more protection from wind and rain (suppose that's not necessary over there).
Actually more fun than a Pantah or F1 over here in traffic and even my knees don't complain (much) as on a bevel.
Keep it :D

ciao
ducadini

Nice ride Clay. So you did find a good exhaust, and a discreet place for a Gio Ca Moto decal. MikeV

Hi Clay
You make a good move in keep your Alazzurra in stock condition.
Nice daily use bike with a sporty attitude!
About tires I recently moved on rear tyres from 130 to 120. I get an immediate positive feeling with this new tires. Growing in andlying and cornering . Same stability. On the front I keep a 100./ 18 tire

Please keep into consideration to change rear shock to a pair a little longer than stock ones.
Just 1 to a Max of 3 cm longer. Again you will appreciate the benefit in andlying and cornering. Of course this is just a suggestion.
Congratulation again.
Ciao Filippo

Thanx Filippo, for comments/advice. I agree and will do, I think I will try BT46 tires.

See ya,
Clay
