Bigger is not always better. Solved the front brakes problem with this simple-but-well done, inexpensive ($64.50 US, free shipping, eBay), café replica of a 14mm early Japanese master. I could tell instantly that all was much better; a reasonable tug before starting to bite, and then a nice gradual increase with more pressure added. I can easily see the pads starting to mate with the discs. The bike stops nicely now. With its solid metal body and cap, and with the lever shape, it resembles a 1980-vintage master, even the Lockheed version. MikeV
