Beautiful work, and the kind that inspires to "wing it" on something (rather than replicate). Please let us all see it progress. MikeV

The megaphones look like they were intended for an '88 851. I'm curious about how you acquired them. New or used? 40 or 50mm? Street or race? If there is a current source for them, I would like to know.
Thanks, Bill

Ian's e-mail address is
italspares@gmail.com
or
iangowanloch@bigpond.com
if it helps. I've bought plenty of parts off him over the past couple of years & he's been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Thanks, Ian's the best, and I will be contacting him. The '89-'90 Sports did share some 851 exhaust parts. Any identifying info or numbers stamped on them at all? (I'm assuming the Termignoni stickers aren't original to them)

Ian has sets like this that fit various Pasos (750 & 900), and for the 750 Sport, differences being where they meet up under the engine at the manifold outlets---Pasos are forward, Sports are back. They are not marked with much, are rather "basic" construction, and it looks like Boucher has added caps that make them look nicer. Ask Jim at Ian's about these, and he will probably price them reasonably. MikeV

A bit of a tight squeeze for the fcr carbs. And a bit of colour never goes astray. It's been a big day and for a hard earned thirst you need a good cold beer. I'm off. Boucher.

WOW! Unexpected, and beautiful. Nice paint work; is it yours, or D'Angelo's? MikeV
