First up a few pics for your advice. Would the cases still be strong enough? Let me know of your thoughts. And a few pics on progress. Boucher.

File comment: Now the problem. When i bought the engine the guy had cut the boses off the swingarm pivot. To repair i made spigots out of stainless to accommodate the needle case roller bearings. The outer size of the spigot is still smaller than the hole in pantah cases before the bushing is installed. I made the spigot a interferance fit and pressed them in. Will it work?? Any thoughts taken in.

I am amazed at what you are doing to transform the humble Pantah frame. MikeV

sweet results Boucher,

that is a very sharp black - not too shiny & not too flat . . . . .
what paint product(s) did you use to transform
the engine appearance?

Hi i'd originally painted it the original silver, though it didn't look right with the colour scheme i was using. So i scuffed it back and painted it saturn black [palmer f1 comes to mind] just used rattle cans from auto shop two coats on a hot summer day. Boucher.

Hi Chris,
How long before it's finished? B&B this year ?????
I had a hard enough time keeping up with your bevel on the TT2 rep. Guess I'll give up this year and take the 450 and see you at the start and finish.
Graeme

Ps, can't wait to see it finished

A few more progress pics of Psycho Pantah. Or maybe I'm thinking of calling it Lucifer's Pantah? What do you think?
