Are these all that same heavily evolved bike? I always just assumed they were different. And I've been trying to figure out how that monoshock rear suspension as shown in the Aynsley photos works, but my clutch is slipping and need a push.

I think a lot of the small teams just kept upgrading and changing the same bike. It made you think they had a bunch. I found this out working on a lot of the team Leoni bikes. Pat will tell you he had only two TT bikes if I remember correctly, but as I have been researching them I see at least three different gas tanks! I spent plenty of time with this bevel in the pictures and was lucky enough to help in some of the restoration. The airshock in the picture is deflated. If you look closely you can see someone put some rubber hose and clamps on the shock shaft to keep it up, just not enough so the ride height looks funny. A little shot of nitrogen would pick her right up. Lou

Great question Bill. Not that I know of, but as bevels go, this thing must be one of the lightest. The wheels, frame, shock, swingarm, are the lightest parts of the era. Not much to her. Lou

I guess I should chime in here. Motor is not mille cases as described but 900 version. The size is 1010.8 CC (93 mm pistons) but maybe advertised differently due to regulations? The valve sizes are 47 and 40.
Ill try to post some pics of the inner working.
