Well done Mike, look forward to seeing the finished part. Nothing like rain to motivate you. Have fun! Paul

Got it done over the weekend. And went back to the Campys. Looks more “of the era”. Turned out good. MikeV Attachment:

I really like the look now. And the combination of parts. Also un-cluttered the dash a bit. MikeV Attachment:

Mike, What brand and size external oil lines are you using? Also what brand is the oil cooler? Thank you, Mark

Hello again Mark
I will answer, but there is one section on Page Five of this thread about the cooler and lines, and something (longer) in the Factory Pantah racer build about the lines and connections only. The cooler is an Earl’s (6 x 3 inch ribbed part) that was part of a kit from the UK. It was ready (tapped adapter) for metric, but I really did not like the stiff lines it came with, even though they had fixed banjo ends, and it was for cool oil only to the cam caps, not a full-flow system. So i switched those. And it is a full-flow system on this new engine. I cannot tell you the brand of lines, but they were sold as high-pressure, high-heat, oil-compatible. They are steel-reinforced rubber with nylon sheathing. And i use only clamps on barbed connections. I have never had a problem doing this, in spite of Cranky’s warnings. I use 6mm to the cam caps, and 10mm to the cooler and back to the engine. They may actually be 1/4 and 3/8 inches; i cannot remember. MikeV
