I agree,
DESMOLOU has to be the best name I’ve heard

Carlo, you and Lou are talented and passionate enough to work with something you love.
My father said to me when I left school to get a job I love and I would never work a day in my life.
I thought he was mad, but I did and I understand what he meant

Regards
Graeme

Thanks Guy's! Our Ducati's have taken us on many different journeys. For some, it has become a livelihood, for others a passion and creative outlet. Some of us were lucky enough to achieve both, (Carlo, Glyn, etc.). I myself, am not a good business man, but I am a hard worker. A regular job is good for me. Ducati's are a passion and a bit of an obsession for me. One of the best aspects of my Ducati life is getting to know such good and talented people on this Forum. I am very thankful for that. I am also very fortunate to be able to experience working on these rare and beautiful machines. I grew up poor in Brookyn NY. The good thing about growing up poor, is that everything you achieve in life is like extra gravy on your potatoes! Always appreciated and unexpected. So thanks for all the extra gravy guys! Oh, and Carlo, I love you too! DESMOLOU

:D What a guy!!! I can relate to the old guy stuff in there too. Come April 1 am retiring, I figured April fools day would be an appropriate day.

Anyway, I cant sing, dance or do poetry......but I will go with this. Roses are red, violets are blue, I wish I had a bike that was built by Lou.....

See ya,
Clay

I usual keep my "poetry" for my female coworkers' birthdays ;)
As for "cheesy poetry" : writing about Your own hobby and skills, and doing it in such a way that it rimes : feels just like a racer on a track going at his rythm, one line flowing into the next.
Nice to see "hidden" skills :)

@ Clay : I have chosen a "more" appropriate day to start my "new" carreer : 1 may, Laborday :D :D

ciao
ducadini

I wasn’t going to reply, just so that would be seen and read by others because it had your user name on it. But since others have, I will chime in. And so now you will be published as well as being called the TT guru? Hard to keep up Lou. MikeV
