Sure does Mike, I will put the seat on this week so I can make final adjustments to the length and location. Paul

Yeah, I think that is about where those 851-style race mufflers end up. Swoopy. MikeV

usually in these bikes everything has already been tried and invented, but this exhaust manifold solution is very very innovative and intelligent. Great job. For my aesthetic sense I would have made the silencer even shorter, but it's a subjective detail of mine. For me ok!!!!

Wow Paul. Every now and then something new and nice shows up, and this is one of those. Hard not to admire that. Yes, those 1990s black cone mufflers (851) are long and swoopy, but it lines up well with the bottom of the tail.
Did you build this? And with parts, or did you need to cut and bend?

Mike, I did not do the exhaust, I tacked some old pipe I had laying around, added a new collector and a couple of new 45 bends, got everything located. Once I was happy I contacted a fabricator I know and asked him if he would be interested in building an exhaust from what I had put together. One week later job done, very pleased with the result! He built it with some u bends, 45’s and a little straight pipe Thanks to you for supplying the most important part
Paul

The project has finally come to an end. I finished the wiring yesterday and turned the motor to get the oil circulating under power minus the ignition, all good no leaks…. Yet. Today was the day to go over everything again just to make sure, put some fuel In the tank opened up the petcocks fired right up and oh what a sound from the exhaust. Talk about putting a smile on your face! I have two track days in a couple of weeks, looking Girard to making some noise. My thanks to Mike V for parting with that beautiful pipe! Paul
