The Guys are doing a very good job, i'm becoming to be proud of all this pieces,
the original cush drive was very similar but rough and too small for our need so we did a new one,
At the beginning i planned to use Carlo's floating brake caliper holder, i get it from Carlo on my latest visit to him.
but i want to use the 240 mm floating disc you see in the picture that is smaller to fit with Carlo's holder made for 260 mm rotor ( of course i will keep this for next projects ). So we machined a new holder for the caliper, even the rear sprocket is custom made starting from a semi-finished sprocket.
About the floating disc it came together with a Epm wheel. Cast iron (Ghisa) rotor and aluminum hub.

we manage to rouglly start to porting head, realizing test valves and test valves seat for check the clearance between the valves, intake 42mm exsaust 36 or 37. Valve stem 6 mm
