Those pictures hurts inside! Fire is a really nasty thing, even if it does not actually burn, the smoke produces acid that destroys a lot of stuff! There was an old motorcycle club in Stockholm that had a fire a couple of years ago. Several really nice Ducatis were totally destroyed, as well as many other bikes.
But! Those wheel are really special, you did right by keeping them! Nice build!

We raced with the tt2, with a 600 in category 750, we did absolute and first class quarters, in the tests on Saturday I crashed at 200 km per hour and we broke our tt2, but we adjusted the fairings and the saddle with the fiberglass ... straightened the frame to the platform, changed brake master cylinder pump .... and then we won! I did three rounds of 45 minutes ... our opponents were catching up and then I did the last round ... this is our team!

Ciao Carlo,
Are you getting younger? How do you do that? Maybe a 19 year old in Carlo Leoncini leathers and helmet?
Congratulations to you and your team !!!

Indeed Graeme! How does he do it? Congratulations Carlo! Keep it up! Received the Ti bolts. Flanged nylocs for nuts. I think they will work well. It will be one tough safety wiring job! Lou

Looks nice! Was Oscam a car wheel manufacturer before they started to deliver to Ducati (in 1984 or -85)? And then disappeared again after 1989, more or less?

Hi Bjorn, not a lot of Oscam history on the internet, but yes they made some interesting automotive wheels. Lou
