Polishing aluminum isn't particularly difficult. Getting to the point when you can polish a piece is brutal. This intake has a casting texture on it, and is an awkward shape. Grind, file and sandpaper. Now varying grades of sand paper till the finish is ready for polish. Oh and don't forget to match the ports! Man my fingers hurt. Lou

Thanks Paul, I decided to go with a spun aluminum look on the wheels. This wheel isn't finished, just wanted to share what I think will be a better look than polished. Lou

A real beauty Lou, you gotta be happy with that. Definitely a one off build. Wheels I’ve never seen, 16” tyres! What will you use? Boucher.
