I had the same doubt about the finishing shine. Then I give a rough hit with 150 sanding paper to rough the surface.
Then with the supervision of a friend pro painter I apply one layer of epoxy, primer and two of base coat wet on wet.
I'm happy with the result.

I have a question. How to hold the tank on the rear ? Bolted on the frame traverse or just with a rubber, like the Pantah tank.

Looking good Filippo! I would add some rubber to the frame tubes, or bottom of the tank, for insulation from vibration where ever it works for you. Not thick. I would then push the tank forward so it is seated correctly, use a fine marker or awl from under the frame crossmember, center the tank on the sides and mark the tank mounting tab, from underneath where to drill the rear hole. Use a small drill bit (I/8 inch) first so you know the hole is where you want it. You can drill the hole to the size you want when you are happy. Also use a drill bit, like a unibit so it doesn't crack the fiberglass as you go through nice and easy.The front will be the normal rubber straps to the spools at the front of the tank. Good luck. Thank you for the suggestion.
I cover with fine rubber the frame tube that touch the tank. I want to try with same foam or shock absorber stuff
Following the best setting i made today.
Next i will drill the rear and find a setting also for the seat.
I will try to move the tank forward as much i can.
Work on this is very satisfying

Hi Filippo, make sure the space between the tank bottom edge and the frame is as close as you can get it. It just looks better to me, and more like the factory bikes. That rubber might be too thick in the rear. Please understand this is just my opinion, I am not trying to tell you what to do. However you are comfortable with the build is fine obviously. Just sharing with you the way I like to do it. I actually cut that frame rubber in half and put it on the front crossmember of the frame. Then placed that 'half' rubber facing forward so that the tank can move forward but still sit on the rubber. You almost can't see it. Basically if you can get a consistent space between the frame/tank front to the back of the tank, I think that looks good and serves the purpose of insulation. I also use the long clip on handlebar rubber grips cut to the size I need. That rubber is nice and narrow, and Italian! Lou

Hi Lou great idea to use rubber grips to secure the tank. i will follow your suggestion

start to play with the body work and fairing setting. please let me konw you feedback

Made space to fit the engine with the frame and the swing arm. O solve the clearance on the back wheel with a space caming from other bike .32 mm

Shock absorber from my Pantah to have the proper setting and Alazzurra setted to 75cm from fork foot to the head of the triple tree.
Now i can start playing with Fairing and al th rest.

Hi all

As suggested by Lou, i cut a handelbar rubber and install in the front trasversal pipe.
But I belive to make a mistake because I did not leave clearance between the thank and the rubber. On the rear side of the thank i have a lot of clearance.
In any case the thank is now I position bolted on the back. On the front I'm using the tank order on the frame.

I'm focusing on fairing bracket.
This is a test, because I belive the bracket I realized are very tiny and downsized.

Better call Carlo.
The hub of my Federiconi front wheel Is.smaller than the Pantah/Alazzurra stock hub of about 1,5 cm.
So I ask Carlo that promptly solve the problem replacing the brake hub with one of his 750ss front brake, wider than the TT brake line. Like this the wheel and brake properly fit.
